Based on the digestion and absorption of imported XPS extruded polystyrene insulation board production lines, our company has further improved and enhanced them according to my country's national conditions. Through value-performance ratio analysis, we have simplified the process flow, changed the screw mold design, improved the production line's processing capacity, and increased product specifications. The power of the electric motors has been gradually reduced from 135/120 kW to 75/45 kW, reducing energy consumption per unit product by nearly half and increasing output by nearly three times. The use of raw materials has shifted from requiring virgin polystyrene granules to using fully recycled polystyrene granules, reducing product costs, saving energy, and effectively solving the problem of "white pollution" that plagues society, thus beautifying the environment. The automated design of the production line simplifies equipment operation and significantly reduces operating, maintenance, and repair costs. Our company is committed to technological development and progress. As the market expands and demand continues to increase, we are striving to develop more advanced, safer, and more energy-efficient production lines than currently available, and we offer free equipment upgrades for existing customers—charging only the "cost price." The project boasts excellent economic benefits and requires minimal investment. Combined with energy conservation and the use of waste materials, the price of XPS energy-saving insulation boards is only one-third to one-quarter of that of similar foreign products. This has led to the large-scale promotion and application of XPS insulation boards in building insulation and road waterproofing and frost protection in cold regions, resulting in a market demand that exceeds supply.
