  To Change the Contract

If the buyer needs to change the content of contract, the buyer should notify the seller in written documents within 10 working days prior to delivery.

  Three-Component Automatic Batching System

1. One set of polystyrene granules, automatically fed, maximum output 500 kg/h;

  HKY75 Co-Rotating Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder

1. Main Motor:

5KW six-pole AC motor. Speed ​​controlled by Delta frequency converter.

 

2. Gearbox:

2.1 Dedicated transmission box for extruded polystyrene boards, high torque, high speed;

2.2 Our meticulously designed high-speed gearbox. Reduction and torque distribution are integrated into one unit, employing a parallel three-axis design. Gears are made of high-quality alloy materials, controlled according to international standard ISO6336-1996 ME level, and manufactured with precision according to ISO1328-1995 cylindrical gear precision. All gears feature carburized and quenched hardened tooth surfaces.

2.3 Exclusively using specialized gear grinding software to trim gear tooth profiles ensures gear strength, uniform tooth load, high strength, low noise, and low vibration; through multiple improvements, the new HDY75 gearbox significantly enhances its load-bearing capacity and power configuration, comprehensively surpassing comparable equipment;

2.4 Imported bearings; Luoyang thrust bearing assembly; enlarged thrust bearings;

2.5 Forced oil lubrication system for bearings and gears, oil pump motor power 0.75kW;

2.6 The skeleton oil seal uses the Taiwan Hansheng brand;

2.7 Tube-type cooler, cooling area 2.6 square meters;


 

 

3. Screw:

3.1 The meshing elements are machined in a machining center, ensuring consistent dimensions, interchangeability, and good self-cleaning performance.

3.2 The screw elements use involute connections.

3.3 Screw diameter: 71mm.

3.4 Screw length-to-diameter ratio (L/D): 40.

3.5 Maximum screw speed: 330r/min.

3.6 The screw element material is W6Mo5Cr4V2, hardness: HRC60-62.

 

 

4. Shell:

4.1 The outer shell of the shell is made of 45 steel, and the inner wall is inlaid with an integral alloy sleeve with a thickness of approximately 9mm.

4.2 The shell is machined using a machining center. The locating pin and inner hole are completed in one operation at the machining center. The inner hole accuracy grade is 6, and the concentricity error after assembly is 0.05mm, greatly improving the screw's self-cleaning ability and reducing energy consumption.

4.3 The outer cover of the shell is made of stainless steel, which reduces energy consumption and prevents burns.

4.4 Number of shells: One short feeding shell section, one liquid injection flange, and six long enclosed shell sections.

4.5 The entire inner shell is inlaid with an integral hard alloy sleeve with a hardness of HRC60-62.

4.6 All enclosed shell sections are equipped with cast aluminum heaters. The heating voltage of the shell heating coil is 380V; the first section of the shell is not heated and is cooled by water.

4.7 The first section is the feeding shell, and the rest are enclosed shell sections.


 

 

5. Shell Temperature Control System:

5.1 Heating and cooling are controlled by a temperature controller, with actions performed by solid-state relays and solenoid valves, forming a closed-loop system to control the shell temperature with an error of ±2℃. Flow rate can be controlled by a needle valve.

5.2 Two cooling water pipes. All cooling water pipes and fittings are made of stainless steel; the shell is cooled by circulating soft water, including a heat exchanger, a 0.75kW water pump, and a stainless steel external water tank.

 

 

  Foaming Agent Injection System:

1. One integrated carbon dioxide liquid injection system;

2. One carbon dioxide metering pump, speed controlled by a Delta Electronics frequency converter (Taiwan).

3. One alcohol metering pump, for filling, speed controlled by a Delta Electronics frequency converter (Taiwan).

4. One third-party foaming agent metering pump, speed controlled by a Delta Electronics frequency converter (Taiwan).

5. One alcohol premixing tank/storage tank;

6. Control system for the foaming agent injection system.

 


 

  High-Voltage Four-Plate Leak-Proof Screen Switch

1. Four-piece circulating screen changer. Composed of the screen changer body, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic station.

2. Screen change time: 1.5 seconds/cycle.

3. Screen changer plate material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided, hardness HV850, smooth sliding surface to prevent material leakage.

4. Hydraulic station motor power: 1.5KW; gear pump maximum pressure: 16Mpa.

5. Mechanical pressure sensor on the front screen connector, with dial pointer displaying pressure clearly and intuitively.

6. Rear screen connector with heating coil. All connections have wrench space and are designed for easy bolt removal and installation.

 


 

  KYS160 Single-Screw Extruder

1. Motor: 75KW six-pole AC motor. Speed ​​controlled by Delta frequency converter.

2. Integral screw material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided to a depth of 0.5-0.7mm, hardness HV>740.

3. Segmented barrel material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided to a depth of 0.5-0.7mm, hardness HV>940.

4. Barrel heating and cooling via mold temperature controller, closed-loop system.

5. Gearbox: Dedicated gearbox with carburized and ground gears, offering advantages such as low noise, long lifespan, and reliable operation. The gearbox includes an oil-water heat exchanger. Uses domestic brand-name products.

6. The KYS160 machine is directly fixed to the ground; height adjustable.

 


 

  Single-screw heating and cooling system

1. A mold temperature controller is used for precise heating and cooling of the barrel;

2. The heat transfer medium is high-temperature heat transfer oil;

The materials are repeatedly mixed using a laminar flow mode.

 


 

  Extrusion Die

  Leveling Machine With Primary Traction

1. The flattening machine consists of a pressure plate, a sliding plate, a frame, and a transmission mechanism.

2. The pressure plate measures 1550*850*40mm, with one plate on top and one on the bottom. The top plate is electrically adjusted by a screw jack, with a motor power of 2*0.75=1.5KW; the bottom plate is manually adjusted.

3. The sliding plate is made of 2mm thick PTFE sheet, with one plate on top and one on the bottom.

4. The frame is made of structural steel.

5. The single traction power is 2.2KW, and speed adjustment is achieved using a Taiwan Delta frequency converter.

6. The traction rollers consist of two sets of rubber rollers, with the lower roller being the drive roller.

7. The upper roller clamping is adjusted vertically using a cylinder. The roller width is 1500mm, and the diameter is 215mm.

 


 

  Cold Roller Frame

3. The cooling roller frames have guide rollers to prevent the XPS boards from deviating and to limit the lateral movement of the XPS boards.

 


 

  Secondary Traction Machine With Embossing

1. The traction machine consists of a set of rubber rollers and a set of embossing steel rollers, with both lower rollers being drive rollers.

2. The transmission system uses a 1.5KW motor with variable frequency speed control, employing a frequency converter to control the speed.

3. The frame is welded from structural steel.

4. The upper roller clamping is adjusted vertically using a cylinder.

 


 

  Online Milling Machine

1. Mill off the excess extruded polystyrene board into smaller pieces using a milling cutter;

2. The board width can be adjusted between 600 and 1200 mm.

 


 

  Single-Blade Cut (Cross Cut)

1. The saw uses a blade-type cutting method.

2. The triangular blade is 790mm long.

3. The cutting motor power is 3kW; the cutting speed is adjusted using a frequency converter.

4. The cutting system moves laterally back and forth on the guide rail, driven by a 2.2kW motor, with the movement speed adjusted by a frequency converter.

5. The cutting carriage system can cut boards of adjustable length from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. It can cut a maximum of one board at a time.

6. The cutting length sensor uses imported photoelectric control, and the time can be freely set.

7. The feeding section has guide rollers to control the width.

8. The discharge section uses a motor-driven belt to quickly feed the boards.

9. The saw is controlled by a PLC touch screen.

  Control System

1. The main unit's electrical control cabinet consists of a power cabinet, a temperature control cabinet, etc.

2. The main motor speed regulation uses a Delta frequency converter.

3. Temperature control (including the barrel, connectors, and screen changer) uses modular control, and the temperature sensors are dedicated high-precision thermocouples.

4. The main unit heater's heating voltage is 380V, and the mold heater's heating voltage is 380V.
