Introduction

  Machining Process

The cylinder body is machined using a machining center. The locating pin and inner hole are completed in one operation at the machining center. The inner hole accuracy grade is 6, and the concentricity error after assembly is 0.05mm, greatly improving the screw's self-cleaning ability and reducing energy consumption.

 

   Barrel Properties

Outer shell: Bimetallic material;

Inner liner: C-type liner or integral alloy liner;

Hardness: HRC58-62

The outer casing of the barrel is made of stainless steel, which reduces energy consumption and prevents burns;

Barrel sections two to six and the head are equipped with cast copper heaters, and the rest are equipped with cast aluminum heaters; all barrel are water-cooled;

 

  Barrel Type

Closed-end barrel, open-end barrel, side-feed barrel, liquid injection barrel, extrusion barrel, etc.
