  Configuration of Equipment

1. Pulverizer System: 22KW AC motor

2. Main Extruder Model KYS150 LD=28:1:

2.1 Main extruder is equipped with 1 set 132kw AC motor, output rotating speed 72rpm, and TAIWAN Delta frequency inverter for the speed regulation system;

2.2 Rigidity tooth column gear reducer for plastic extruder;

2.3 One Nylon Pin Coupling connector, to transfer the main power to the reducer;

2.4 One set of single screw and barrel;Oil cooling and heating;

3. 2nd Extruder Model KYS150 LD=9:1Power: 45kw AC motor

4. One set of electrical automatic control system, electrical instruments separates with the main extruder.

5. One set of bracing pelletizing line.

 

  Delivery

70 days after received down payment.

 

  Payment Terms

The contract become effective after 30% down payment and the 70% balance must be paid off before shipping and after testing.

2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed;

2.2 grade,type 280/225

3.1 Diameter: 150mm; L/D ratio: 28/9;

3.3 Material of 38CrMoALA, nitride steel, hardness: HV950-1050

 

 

 

 

4. Barrel:

4.1 The barrels are made by manufacturing center and the aligning pin and inner hole are completed by manufacturing center in one time. Inner hole is 6 grade which is a high precistion. After assembly,the concentricity error is 0.05mm.

4.2 Material of 38CrMoALA, nitride steel, hardness: HV950-1050

4.3 All barrels adopt cast-aluminum heaters.

4.4 Barrel cooling: fan cooling, fan system 3pcs

 

 

 

5. Hydraulic Screen Exchanger:
