  Configuration of Equipment

1. Main Extruder Model HKY-75:

1.1 Main extruder is equipped with 1 set 132kw AC motor, max output rotating speed 600rpm, and YASKAWA frequency inverter for the speed regulation system;

1.2 New generation twin screw speed reduction distribution gearbox 1 set;

1.3 One Nylon Pin Coupling connection, to transfer the main power to the gearbox;

1.4 One set of volumetric feeder, motor power 1.5kw,with YASKAWA frequency inverter;

1.5 One suit of processing part: L/D ratio = 36:1, the barrels equips with C shape bimetal cover; screw element adopt W6Mo5Cr4V2 material, through vacuum quenching, hardness HRC60-62;

1.6 One suit of barrels temperature control system: two cooling water pipes. Cooling water pipes and joint are all of stainless steel material; cooling barrels by soft water circulation, incl. heat exchanger, 0.75KW water pump, stainless steel external water box to cool the water.

1.7 One set of hydraulic exchange screen

1.8 One suit of vacuum system: incl. external stainless steel vacuum condensation pot and water ring vacuum pump.

1.9 One set of bracing extrusion head, incl. cast copper heater and die.

2. Auxiliary system:

One set of wind cool pelletizer;

One set of cyclone

One set of Vertical forced feeding

3. One suit of electric control system, instrument separate with the main extruder.

 

  Delivery

45 days after receiving the advanced payment. Delivery after acceptance inspection by the Buyer.

 

  Payment Terms

The contract becomes effective after 30% advance payment;

Balance be paid after equipment inspection and before shipment;

1. Main Motor:

1.1 Manufactured by WanNan motor factory;

1.2 AC motor, power 132KW,rpm 600r/min;

1.3 Cooling mode; Fan cooling; Environment temperature≦40℃;Install Height≦1000m;
 


2.Gearbox:Type D

2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed, material of gearbox is QT450;

2.2 The gear accuracy is grade 6(Chinese standard), which is a high precision. High speed heavyduty hard-tooth-surface. The materials are 20CrNi2MoA and 20CrMnMo,carburizing heat treatment of gears HRC60-62;

2.3 Involute gear teeth couplings between the output shafts and screw shafts;

2.4 Use imported brand bearings. Integrated thrust bearing assembly is Name Luoyang.

2.5 The bearings and gears are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system. Oil pump motor power 0.75kW;

2.6 Oil seal of the body: Taiwan Hansheng brand;

2.7 Tubular condenser, cooling area of 2.6 square meters;
 


3. Screw Elements:

3.1 Kneading blocks are made by CNC machining center, same size for different batches, with good interchangeability and self-cleaning quality;

3.2 Involute gear teeth connection to ensure power flow between the screw shaft and screw elements;

3.3 Screw element diameter:71mm; L/D=44; numbers of barrels:11

3.4 Screw rotating speed: 600r/min.

3.5 Material of screw element: W6Mo5Cr4V2, Hardness: HRC60-62.
 


4. Barrel:

4.1 The barrels are made by CNC machining center, the aligning pin and inner hole are completed by machining center in one time. Inner hole is grade 6, which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption;

4.2 The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power saving;

4.3 The barrels is bimetal integral alloy sleevet:HRC60-62;

4.4 The 2nd and 3rd barrels adopt cast-copper heaters and the rest are cast-aluminum heaters. All barrels use the soft water cooling.

4.5 The first (1) barrel is feed barrel, the sixth (6) is nature exhaust, the tenth(10) has a vacuum exhaust mouth and the eleventh(11) is extrusion barrel.
 


5. Barrel Temperature Control System:

5.1 Heating and cooling is controlled by temperature control meter through the solid-state relay or solenoid valve, thus form a closed-loop system to control the barrel temperature. The temperature control accuracy is ±2℃ ;water flow control : by use of stop valve;

5.2 Two cooling water pipes. All the cooling pipes, joints stainless steel; Soft water circulation system including heat exchangers, 0.75kw water pump, water tank body: stainless steel
 

6. Vacuum System:

6.1 External stainless steel vacuum condensation pot;

6.2 Water ring vacuum pump, motor power 2.2kw;

7. Hydraulic Screen Exchanger:

7.1 Piston type hydraulic screen exchanger, single column with two positions, incl. hydraulic station.

7.2 Cooling seal water channel within the shell, equipped with cast-copper heaters.

 


  Auxiliary system


1. Extruder Head:

1.1 Alloy steel head body;

1.2 Nitride steel concentric plate 135 holes, diameter 2.8mm;

1.3 Cutter:2~6;

2. Water Ring Cover:

2.1 Stainless steel drum water ring cover;

2.2 Stainless steel joint basin;

3. Hot-Cut Palletizing System:

3.1 water ring pelletizer, motor power: 3kw;

3.2 Pelletizer car with guide rail;

3.3 with NIDEC frequency inverter;
