  Configuration of Equipment

1. Main Extruder Model HKY-50:

1.1 Main extruder is equipped with 1 set 55kw AC motor, max output rotating speed 600rpm, and YASKAWA frequency inverter for the speed regulation system;

1.2 New generation twin screw speed reduction distribution gearbox 1 set;

1.3 One Nylon Pin Coupling connection, to transfer the main power to the gearbox;

1.4 One set of twin screw volumetric main feeder, motor power 0.75kw,with YASKAWA frequency inverter;

1.5 One suit of processing part: L/D ratio = 44:1, the barrels lined C shape alloy cover set; screw element adopt W6Mo5Cr4V2 material, through vacuum quenching, hardness HRC60-62;

1.6 One suit of barrels temperature control system: two cooling water pipes. Cooling water pipes and joint are all of stainless steel material; cooling barrels by soft water circulation, incl. heat exchanger, 0.55KW water pump, stainless steel external water box to cool the water.

1.7 One suit of vacuum system: incl. external stainless steel vacuum condensation pot and water ring vacuum pump.

1.8 One set of hydraulic screen changer.

2. One suit of electric control system, instrument separate with the main extruder.

 

  Delivery

35 days after receiving the advanced payment. Delivery after acceptance inspection by the Buyer.

 

  Payment Terms

The contract becomes effective after 30% advance payment;

Balance be paid after equipment inspection and before shipment;

1. Main Motor:

1.1 Manufactured by WanNan motor factory;

1.2 AC motor, power 55KW,rpm 600r/min;

1.3 Cooling mode; Fan cooling; Environment temperature≦40℃;Install Height≦1000m;
 


2. Gearbox:

2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed; material of gearbox is QT450;

2.2 The gear is grade 6, which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. The materials are 20CrNi2MoA and 20CrMnMo,carburizing heat treatment of gears HRC60-62;

2.3 Involute gear teeth couplings between the output shafts and screw shafts;

2.4 Swiss SKF bearings; Integrated thrust bearing assembly is Name Luoyang.

2.5 The bearing and gears are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system. Oil pump motor power 0.55kW;

2.6 Skeleton oil seal adopt Taiwan Hansheng brand;

2.7 Tubular condenser, cooling area of 0.7 square meters;

Before delivery, the gearbox has been filled with lubricate oil. Fill the lubricate oil to the oil level once it declines during transportation, fill. Set up the extruder only after confirmation of the commissioning personnel of our company.

 

3. Feeder:

3.1 twin screw volumetric feeder;

3.2 AC motor, power 0.75kw;


4. Screw Elements:

4.1 Kneading blocks are made by CNC machining center, same size for different batches, with good replacement and self-cleaning quality;

4.2 Screw elements use Involute to connect;

4.3 Screw element diameter: 51mm; L/D=44:1; numbers of barrels:11;

4.4 Screw rotating speed: 600r/min.

4.5 Material of screw element: W6Mo5Cr4V2, Hardness: HRC60-62.
 


5. Barrel:

5.1 The barrels are made by CNC machining center and the aligning pin and inner hole is completed by machining center in one time. Inner hole is grade 6, which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption;

5.2 The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power frugal;

5.3 The barrels are produced with C shape alloy cover:HRC60-62;

5.4 The 2nd and 3rd barrels adopt cast-copper heaters. Other barrels adopt cast-aluminum heaters. The barrels use soft water cooling.

5.5 Barrel arrangement: No.1 for feeding; No. 6 for natural degassing; No.10 for vacuum degassing; No.11 for extrusion; the rest are closed barrels.
 

 

6. Barrel Temperature Control System:

6.1 Heating and cooling is controlled by temperature control meter through the solid-state relay or electromagnetic valve, thus form a closed-loop system to control the barrel temperature. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃ and control the flow by stop valve;

6.2 Two cooling water pipes. All the cooling pipes and joints are of stainless steel; Soft water circulation system, including heat exchangers, 0.55kw water pump, stainless steel external tank.

 


7. Vacuum System:

7.1 External stainless steel vacuum condensation pot;

7.2 Water ring vacuum pump, motor power 1.5kw;

7.3 Field pipe layout;
 


8. Hydraulic Screen Exchanger:

8.1 Plunger type;

8.2 material: alloy steel;

8.3 hydraulic station motor: 1.5kw

4. Centrifugal Dehydrator:

Integrated vertical welded stainless steel structure; features low noise and easy cleaning;

5. Electric Hot Water System:

Vertical stainless steel water tank, hot water pump and circuit maintain constant water temperature, water level is program-controlled;

6. Water Chamber Bypass System:

6.1 Vertical logic delivery pipeline system;

6.2 Stainless steel automatic switching.
