  Configuration of Equipment

1. Main Extruder Model Ky-75 (Twin Screw Extruder):

1.1 Main extruder is equipped with 1 set 55kw AC motor and Delta frequency inverter for the speed regulation system;

1.2 2.2kW Delta Frequency Inverter adopt in the electrical cabinet as a customer requirement;

1.3 1 set of Speed Reduction gearbox, with ratio of 3.75;

1.4 One Nylon Pin Coupling connection, to transfer the main power to the gearbox;

1.5 One set of processing part: L/D ratio = 20:1, the barrels lined bimetallic alloy cover set;

1.6 One set of barrels temperature control system: two cooling water pipes. Cooling water pipes and joint are all of stainless steel material.

1.7 One set of cutting extrusion system including head (flange), bearing hose to install the blades, pellet cover and motor.

1.8 Spare parts;

2. One set of electrical automatic control system, electrical instruments separates with the main extruder.

 

  Delivery

25 days after receive the 30% payment.

 

  Payment Terms

The contract become effective after 30% advance payment and 65% must be paid after equipment inspection and before shipment, the balance paid off within six months.

 

  To Change the Contract

If the buyer needs to change the content of contract, the buyer should notify the seller in written documents within 10 working days prior to delivery.

 

  Guarantee

1. The equipment has 1 (One Year) Guarantee, excluding the parts that suffer quickly wear as knife blades , screw and also short circuit.

2. If the Equipment break during the guarantee period, the seller need supply immediately the spare parts to resolve the problem.

1.Main Motor:

1.1 Manufactured by WanNan motor factory;

1.2 AC motor, power 55KW;

1.3 Cooling mode; Fan cooling; Environment temperature≦40℃; Install Height≦1000m;

 

2. Gearbox:

2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed;

2.2 Splined sleeve to connect with the Screw;

2.3 Use imported brand bearings. Integrated thrust bearing for load sustainability

2.4 The bearing and gears are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system. Oil pump motor power 0.75kW;

2.5 Speed: 100 – 400RPM.

 

 

3. Barrel:

3.1 The barrels are made by manufacturing center and the aligning pin and inner hole are completed by manufacturing center in one time. Inner hole is 6 grade which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption;

3.2 The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power frugal;

3.3 The barrels are produced with bimetallic alloy cover:HRC60-62;

3.4 The barrels (except feed barrel) adopt cast-aluminum heaters. The barrels use soft water cooling.

3.5 The first (1) barrel is feed barrel, the fifth (5) barrel is extrusion barrel and the rest barrels are closed-mouth barrel.

 

 

 

 

4. Barrel Temperature Control System:

4.1 Heating and cooling is controlled by temperature control meter through the solid state relay or electromagnetic valve, thus form a closed-loop system to control the barrel temperature. The temperature control accuracy is c1 and control the flow by stop ℃ valve;

4.2 Two cooling water pipes. All the cooling pipes and joints are of stainless steel.

 

 

5. Air Cooling Hot-Cutting Palletizing Machine:

5.1 Air cooling hot-cutting extrusion head;

5.2 Concentric hot-cutting template, the numbers and diameters of holes is based on the buyer’s drawing paper;

5.3 Stainless steel air cooling hot-cutting cover;

5.4 Pelletize motor power 2.2kW with Delta Frequency Inverter to control the speed.

 

 

 

  Electrical Instruments Control System

 

1.Control instruments adopt the following brands:

1.1 Temperature control meter: Japanese Shinko;

1.2 Main Frequency Inverter: Taiwan Delta;

1.3 Main Control Switch: LG;

1.4 Low-voltage electric elements: French Schneider;

2.1 The interlock protect of oil pump and main extruder;

2.2 Over-electric current, over-pressure alarming, emergency stop protection;

2.3 Main extruder fault alarming, emergency stop protection;

3.3 Main motor start;

3.4 Main motor stop;
