1. Main Motor:

1.1 Manufactured by WanNan motor factory;

1.2 AC motor,power 7.5KW,rpm 980r/min;

1.3 Cooling mode; Fan cooling; Environment temperature≦40℃;Install Height≦1000m;

 

2. Gearbox:

2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed;

2.2 Splined sleeve to connect with the Screw;

2.3 Use imported brand bearings. Integrated thrust bearing for load sustainability

2.4 The bearing and gears are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system. No cooling oil pump;inside the gearbox has cooling coil to be connected with the running water.

2.5 Speed: 100 – 400RPM.(i=2.5)

 

 

3. Feeder:

3.1 Single-screw metering feeder, double-headed structure; feeder screw diameter: ~40mm.

3.2 No grade variator 0.75kw, RV series reducer is adopted.

3.3 Stainless steel silo.

 

4. Screw Elements:

4.1 Screw element involute link, single-head structure for food

4.2 Diameter of screw 30.2mm, L/D=32, quantity of barrel 8

4.3 Ratio of screw 400r/min

4.4 Material W6Mo5CrV2 Hardness HRC60-62

 

 

5. Barrel:

5.1 The barrels are made by manufacturing center and the aligning pin and inner hole are completed by manufacturing center in one time. Inner hole is 6 grade which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption;

5.2 The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power frugal;

5.3 The barrels are produced with bimetallic alloy cover:HRC60-62;

5.4 The barrels (except feed barrel) adopt cast-aluminum heaters. The barrels use soft water cooling.

5.5 The first (1) barrel is feed barrel, the fifth (8) barrel is extrusion barrel and the rest barrels are closed-mouth barrel.

 

 

 

 

6.Barrel Temperature Control System:

6.1 Heating and cooling is controlled by temperature control meter through the solid state relay or electromagnetic valve, thus form a closed-loop system to control the barrel temperature. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃ and control the flow by stop valve;

6.2 Two cooling water pipes. All the cooling pipes and joints are of stainless steel; Soft water circulation system.

 

 

 

7.Air Cooling Hot-Cutting Palletizing Machine(Refer To The Buyer’S Drawing Paper):

7.1 Air cooling hot-cutting extrusion head;

7.2 Concentric hot-cutting template, the numbers and diameters of holes is based on the buyer’s drawing paper;

7.3 Stainless steel air cooling hot-cutting cover;

7.4 Pelletize motor power 0.37kW with Delta Frequency Inverter to control the speed.

7.5 Install Copper on the part that move the motor and that part the fix the flange
