2. KYS120 single screw extruder

2. The material of both the screw and the barrel is 38CrMoAlA. After nitriding treatment, the nitriding depth is 0.5-0.7mm, the hardness of the screw is HV>740, and the hardness of the barrel is HV>940.
3. The material cylinder adopts water cooling and closed-loop internal cooling method; External heating, the heating voltage of the heating coil is 380V.
4. The gearbox is a specialized gear gearbox, and the gears are treated with carburizing and grinding, which has the advantages of low noise, long service life, and reliable use. The gearbox is equipped with an oil-water heat exchanger. Adopting domestically produced branded products.
5. KYS120 machine is directly fixed to the ground and has adjustable height.
3. Blender

4. Stainless steel feeding machine

5. Hydraulic screen changer
