  Delivery

70days after received down payment(holiday excluded).

 

  Payment Term

The contract becomes effective after 50% down payment; the remaining 50% must be settled before shipment.

 

  Contract Modification

If the buyer needs to change the terms of the contract, the buyer shall notify the seller in writing 10 working days prior to delivery.

  HKY75 Twin Screw Co-Rotating Extruder

 

1. Main Motor:

● 75KW AC motor (6-pole).

● Speed ​​control via Delta Electronics (Taiwan) inverter.

 

 

2.Gearbox:

● update-designed structure,high torque high speed(special for foaming board ).

● Kaiyou patented designed high speed gearbox. Integrate speed reducer and torque distribution as a whole which adopts parallel 3 shaft layout.gears are used with quality alloy material which the production is controlled by the ISO6336-1996ME, and the accuracy controlled by ISO1328-1995 cylindrical gear standard, which are all carburizing quenching hard gear tooth.

● exclusive fine finishing process by the special gear grinding software so as to enssure the accuracy,strength ,uniform load-distribution,high strength,low noise and low vibration;and promote highly the load ability and power distribution through many innovations which is advanced among the plastic sector.

● some bearings are imported well-known brand abroad such as Sweden’s SKF,and some adopt local chinese top quality Luoyang brand such as thrust bearing unit to increase thrust force.

● The bearings and gears are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system with oil pump motor power 0.75kW.

● quality oil sealing from Taiwan.

● tubular cooler,cooling square is 2.6㎡

 

 

3.Feeder:

● one set main feeder,motor power 1.5KW;with enlarged stainless steel hopper.

● one set auxiliary feeder,motor power 0.75KW, standard SS hopper.

● one set mini feeder,motor power 0.55KW,SS hopper.

● all feeder adjusted by Delta frequency inverter.

 

 

 

 

4.Screw Elements:

● Kneading blocks are made by CNC machining center, ensure the same size for different batches, with good interchangeablity and self-cleaning;

● Involute gear teeth connection for the screw elements;

● Screw diameter: 71mm;

● L/D=40:1;

● screw rotating speed:330rpm;

● Material of screw elements: W6Mo5Cr4V2, hardness: HRC60-62.

 

 

5.Barrel:

● The barrels are made by CNC machining center and the aligning pin and inner hole is completed by machining center in -one -time. The accuracy of the inner hole is grade 6, which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption.

● The material of barrel: #45 steel,forged;with integrated alloy liner(jacket) which hardness : HRC60-62;

● The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power saving.

● barrel numbers:10 :from 2nd to 10th barrels are cast- aluminum heaters, the votage of all heaters are 380V.The first barrel need not heating and use soft water cooling

● The first barrel is feed barrel,the 10th is extrusion barrel and the rest are closed barrels.

 

 

  KYS150 single extruder

1.Motor:

grade6,45KW,made by Shanghai Huabing motor factory,frequency inverter:Taiwan Delta.

2.Screw and Hopper:

materials of screw and hopper are all 38CrMoA1A,nitriding,the depth of nitriding is 0.5-0.7mm,hardness of screw HV>740，of barrel:HV>940.

3.Hopper:

hopper is used with water cooling,closed loop inner cooling method;outer side heating,voltage of heaters are 380V.

4.Gearbox:

the gearbox is special designed for extruder which is carburizing and tooth grinding ,lower noise,longer life and more reliable ;the gearbox is with oil and water heat exchanger which adopt famous Chinese products.

5.the KYS150 machine is directly fitted and mounted on the ground with adjustable hight.

 

 

 

 

 

  Mixer

Motor power is 3KW,paddle type,low speed.

 

 

  Stainless Steel Material Loader

Motor power 1.5KW,stainless steel hopper and pipe.

 

 

 

  Hydraulic Screen Exchanger

● the exchanger includes frame,hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic station,4 –sheets, circulated exchanging.

● screen exchanging time is only 1.5 second/time.

● the material of sheets are 38CrMoAlA，nitriding,hardness HV850 without leakage.

● hydraulic station motor power is 1.5KW,the max.pressure of the gear pump is 31.5Mpa.

● the inner surface of the connector ahead of the screen is adopted the chrome plating and polishing processing,very smoothy.there is a mechanic transducer in it thus the pressure canbe displayed on a manometer.

● the connecting pipe behind the screen is with heaters which is very convenient to dismount the screws.

 

 

  Mould

● The mould can be used to produce products of thickness of 20-100mm ,width of 600mm.The mould flow channel is so-called clothes -hanger type with 6KW heating plates around it.

 

 

  Temperature Controller For Mould

● Adopt advaned intelligent temp.control instrument to control the mould mouth temp. ranged 40-120°C with oil cooling, 3/4 inches inlet pipe, high temp. heat transfer oil.

  

 

  Foaming Agent Injection System

● One high pressure plunger pump,63L/H,40Mpa,4KW,Delta frequency inverter.

● one high pressure plunger pump 10L/H,40Mpa,1.1KW, Delta frequency inverter.

● high pressure pipe,connectors are all from quality Taiwan’s brand.

● One set spare wearing part of O-ring for plunger pump.

● Chinese famous brand plunger pump.

● Anti-vibration supporting frame.

  Flattener With First Haul-Off

● the flattener consist of flattening plate,slide plate,frame and driver.

● for upper and lower flattening plates, their dimension are 1050*1050*40mm,and adjusted by screw rod elevator driven by 2*0.75KW motors.

● one upper and one lower PTFE slide plates dimension: 1200*1000*2mm.

● the frame is made by profile steel.

● the power of first haul-off is 2.2KW,adjusted by Taiwan Delta inverter.

● haul-off roller consists of two groups of rubber rollers,the lower is driving one which is 1000mm width and 215mm diameter.

● The upper roller is adjusted by air cylinder.

 

 

  Second Haul-Off

● consists of one unit rubber roller and one unit of embossing steel roller,the lower roller is driving one.

● the motor power of drive system is 1.5KW,Delta frequency inverter.

● frame is welded with profile steel.

● The upper roller is adjusted by air cylinder.

 

 

  Cooling Roller Frame

● the total cooling length :16m.

● the guide roller is steel and powerless

● there is a guide plate which is used to limit the transverse movement of the board to avoid deviation.

 

 

 

 

  Edge Cutter(Longitudinal)

● cutting tool :saw disc,2.2KW.

● There is a protecting cover for each saw with exhaust fan to clean the dust and powder.

● the cutting unit consist of two group of saw disc with the max. cutting width of 600mm , max.thickness of 100mm,fine adjustable.

● There is a upper roller to press the XPS board and adjusted by hand wheels to tighten the board.

● The cutter is ahead of second traction and its width can be fine adjusted.

 

 

  Main Control Cabinet

● The main control cabinet consist of power supply cabinet and temp. control cabinet.

● the main motor is adjusted by Delta frequency inverter.

● all temp.control includes barrels,connectors and screen exchanger are adopt intelligent instruments and high accuacy thermocouples.

● all heating voltage :380V.

● other electrical components are adopt quality Chinese local products.

● main cabinet with well cooling and ventilation.
