1、 HKY75 twin-screw co directional extruder
1. Main motor: 6-stage 75KW AC motor, frequency converter: Taiwan Delta
2. Transmission:
2.1 Upgraded design structure, high torque and high speed (specifically for foam board).
2.2 High speed gearbox designed by Kaiyou patent. Integrated reducer and torque distribution, adopting a parallel three-axis layout. The gears are made of high-quality alloy materials and produced in accordance with the ISO6336-1996ME standard. The accuracy meets the ISO1328-1995 cylindrical gear standard, and they are all carburized and quenched hard tooth surface gears.
2.3 Use specialized gear grinding software for precision machining to ensure accuracy, strength, uniform load distribution, high strength, low noise, and minimal vibration; And through multiple innovative technologies, it has significantly improved its carrying capacity and power distribution, and is in a leading position in the plastic industry.

3. Feeding machine

5. Barrel:

5.3 The barrel adopts a stainless steel integral protective cover, which is safe, beautiful, and energy-saving.

2. KY-150 single machine extruder

2. The material of the screw and hopper is 38CrMoA1A, treated with nitriding, with a nitriding layer depth of 0.5-0.7mm, screw hardness HV>740, and barrel hardness HV>940.
3. The hopper adopts water cooling and closed-loop internal cooling method; External heating, heater voltage 380V.
4. The gearbox is a specialized gearbox for extruders, with carburizing and gear grinding, resulting in lower noise, longer lifespan, and greater reliability; The gearbox is equipped with an oil-water heat exchanger, using domestically produced branded products.

3. Blender

5. Hydraulic screen exchanger
1. The exchanger consists of a frame, hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic station, with 4 mesh screens for cyclic exchange.

3. The mesh material is 38CrMoAlA, treated with nitriding, with a hardness of HV850 and no leakage.

11. Cutting machine (longitudinal)

3. The cutting unit consists of two sets of circular saws, with a maximum cutting width of 600mm and a maximum thickness of 100mm, which can be fine tuned.

12. Cooling roller frame

13. Horizontal cutting system
