On May 17, 2019, our factory hosted the second Hengxi Street Machining Skills Competition. The main purpose of this type of competition is to allow employees from relevant units to learn from each other technically, improve their operational skills, and also to enliven the work atmosphere. Employees actively participated in this event.
During the competition, the contestants carefully studied the blueprints, selected tools with suitable angles and hardness from various cutting tools, and observed the semi-finished products, fearing the slightest oversight or carelessness. After four hours of intense competition, the contestants presented their finished products one by one. After fair and impartial evaluation by the judges, first, second, and third prizes were awarded on the spot, and a brief award ceremony was held, where certificates of honor were presented to the winners.
The competition aims to provide a platform for company employees to showcase their basic knowledge and skills, improve their operational abilities, encourage them to strive for excellence, support the city's industrial development strategy, and better serve local economic construction and transformation. The successful hosting of the lathe operator competition also marks the beginning of a new phase.
