Configuration of Equipment
1. Feeding System:
Twin screw volumetric feeder, AC motor of 1.1kW, equipped with INVOVANCE frequency inverter.
2. Main Extruder Model KY-60 (Twin Screw Extruder):
1.1. Main extruder equipped with AC motor of 75kW, Max speed 600rpm, equipped with INVOVANCE frequency inverter for speed regulation system.
1.2. New generation twin screw speed reduction distribution gearbox, 1 set.
1.3. Nylon Pin Coupling, 1 set, to transfer main power to the gearbox.
1.4. One suit of processing part: L/D ratio = 44:1, the barrels lined with bimetallic alloy cover set. Screw element material W6Mo5Cr4V2, vacuum quenching, HRC60-62.
1.5. One suit of barrels temperature control system: two pieces of cooling water pipes. Cooling water pipes & joints are of stainless steel. Cooling barrels with soft water circulation, including heat exchanger, water pump, 0.75kW . Stainless external water box for water cooling.
1.6. One suit of vacuum system, including external stainless vacuum condensation pot, and water ring vacuum pump, 1.5kW.
3. One set of electrical automatic control system with electrical instruments, separate from the main extruder.
4. One suit of hydraulic screen exchanger, including hydraulic station.
5. One suit of water ring pelletizing auxiliary equipment.
Delivery
45 days after receiving the advanced payment. Delivery after acceptance inspection by the Buyer.
Payment Terms
The contract becomes effective after 30% advance payment;
Balance be paid after equipment inspection and before shipment;

4.1 The barrels machined by CNC machining center, aligning pin & inner hole are completed by machining center in one time. Inner hole is 6 grade which is a high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, thus greatly enhance the self-cleaning of screw and reduce energy consumption. 4.2 The barrels are equipped with stainless steel integral shielding which are secure, good-looking and power frugal. 4.3 The barrels are produced with bimetallic alloy cover:HRC60-62. 4.4 The 2nd and 3rd barrels adopt cast-copper heaters. Other barrels adopt cast-aluminum heaters. The barrels use soft water cooling. 4.5 barrel #1 is feed barrel, barrel #6 is nature exhaust barre, barrel #10 has vacuum exhaust mouth, #11 is extrusion barrel. |

5. Barrel Temperature Control System: 5.1 Heating and cooling is controlled by temperature control meter through the solid state relay or electromagnetic valve, thus form a closed-loop system to control the barrel temperature. The temperature control accuracy is ±2℃ and control the flow by stop valve. 5.2 Two cooling water pipes. All the cooling pipes and joints are of stainless steel. Soft water circulation system, including heat exchangers, 0.75kW water pump, stainless steel external tank.
