  Configuration of Equipment

1. Main Extruder Model HKY-50:

1.1 The main extruder is equipped with one 55kW AC motor, with a maximum output speed of 600rpm, and uses a YASKAWA frequency converter for speed regulation;

1.2 One new-generation twin-screw reduction gearbox;

1.3 A nylon pin coupling connection transmits the main power to the gearbox;

1.4 One volumetric feeder, with a 0.75kW motor and a YASKAWA frequency converter;

1.5 One machining section: L/D ratio = 40:1, barrel lined with a C-shaped alloy cap; screw elements are made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 material, vacuum quenched, with a hardness of HRC60-62;

1.6 One barrel temperature control system: two cooling water pipes, all pipes and connectors are made of stainless steel; the barrel is cooled by soft water circulation,

including a heat exchanger, a 0.55kW water pump, and a stainless steel external water tank for cooling water.

1.7 A vacuum system: including an external stainless steel vacuum condenser and a water ring vacuum pump.

1.8 A reinforced extruder head, including a cast aluminum heater and die.

2. Auxiliary systems: 1 water tank; 1 blower; 1 granulator.

3. An electrical control system, separate from the main extruder.

 

  Delivery

35 days after receive the down payment.

 

  Payment Terms

The contract become effective after 30% down payment and the 70% balance must be pay off before shipping and after testing.

2. Gearbox:

a) Newly designed transmission box with high torque and high speed;

b) Splined sleeve connecting the output shaft and the screw shaft;

c) Imported brand bearings; Luoyang thrust bearing assembly;

d) Forced oil lubrication system for bearings and gears, oil pump motor power 0.55kW;

★The gearbox is pre-lubricated before leaving the factory. If the oil level drops during transportation due to other reasons,

please add oil to the correct level. The machine can only be started after our commissioning personnel confirm the level is suitable on-site.


 

3. Twin-screw Feeder:

a) Motor power 0.75kW; speed control device is a Yaskawa inverter (Japan);

b) Stainless steel hopper;


4. Screw Elements:

a) The meshing elements are machined in a machining center, ensuring consistent dimensions, good interchangeability, and excellent self-cleaning performance;

b) The screw elements use involute connections;

c) Screw diameter: 50.5mm; Screw length-to-diameter ratio (L/D): 40; Number of barrels: 10;

d) Screw speed: 600r/min;

e) Screw element material: W6Mo5Cr4V2, hardness: HRC60-62.
 


5. Barrel:

a) The cylinder is machined using a machining center. The locating pin and inner hole are completed in one operation. The inner hole accuracy grade is 6, and the concentricity error after assembly is 0.05mm,

significantly improving the screw's self-cleaning ability and reducing energy consumption;

b) The outer cover of the cylinder is made of stainless steel, which reduces energy consumption and prevents burns;

c) The cylinder is inlaid with an integral hard alloy sleeve with a hardness of HRC60-62.

d) The second and third sections of the cylinder and the die head are equipped with cast copper heaters, while the rest are equipped with cast aluminum heaters; all cylinders are water-cooled;

e) The first section is the feeding cylinder, the fifth section has a natural vent, the eighth section has a vacuum vent, the ninth section is the extrusion cylinder, and the rest are closed cylinders;
 


6. Shell Temperature Control System:

a) Heating or cooling is controlled by a temperature controller, activated by a solid-state relay or solenoid valve, forming a closed-loop system.

This system controls the shell temperature with an error of ±1℃ and uses a shut-off valve to control the flow rate.

b) Two cooling water pipes. All cooling water pipes and fittings are made of stainless steel; the shell is cooled by circulating soft water.

Includes a heat exchanger, a 0.55KW water pump, and a stainless steel external water tank.
 


7. Vacuum System:

a) External stainless steel vacuum condenser;

b) Water ring vacuum pump, motor power 1.1kW;

c) On-site piping layout;
 

 

8. Screen Changer:

9. Granulator Head:

a) Water-cooled strip-drawing granulator head;

b) Cold-drawing die, one set each of 35-hole and 41-hole dies, with a hole diameter of 4mm;
