1. Feeding System:

Twin-screw metering feeder, motor power 0.3kw; stainless steel hopper; double hopper configuration.

 

 


 

2. Twin-Screw Compressor System:

 

1) The screw element diameter is Φ21.7 mm; the main unit's length-to-diameter ratio L/D = 40,which can meet the needs of various polymer modification and reactions;

  

2) The screw element and mandrel are connected by an involute spline, which transmits high torque and is easy and quick to assemble and disassemble;

 

3) The main motor is an AC motor with a power of 4 kW, and the speed control device is a Yaskawa frequency converter from Japan, with a screw speed of 50-600 rpm;

 

4) Both the barrel and screw element are made of high-quality nitrided steel; a combination of various specifications of screw elements can meet the needs of different materials;

 

5) The barrel heating system is electric heating. The second section of the barrel and the head are cast copper heaters, and the rest are cast aluminum heaters, with a heating power of approximately 6.6 kW.

 

6) Section 1 is a feeding cylinder (L/D=4), sections 2-4 are closed cylinders (each L/D=8), section 5 is a closed cylinder (L/D=4),

section 6 (L/D=8) is a vacuum exhaust cylinder;

 

7) An embedded screen changing device is used, which is simple and efficient;

 

8) The main drive gearbox's reduction and torque distribution components are integrated into one unit, employing a parallel three-axis design for a compact structure; except for one set of thrust bearings,all others use SKF bearings;

  

9) The cylinder cooling system is water-cooled. The circulating cooling system motor power is 0.2 kW; the transmission box uses oil immersion lubrication.

 

10) The vacuum exhaust system water ring vacuum pump motor power is 0.37 kW.

 

11) The main unit base has both fixed support and wheels for easy movement.

 

 

 


 

3. Electrical And Instrumentation Control System:

1) The main unit temperature controller is a product of Komagon Corporation of Japan; it is a dual-channel, intelligent type.

2) The main unit's current and pressure are interlocked with the main unit, enabling instantaneous protection and shutdown in case of overcurrent or overvoltage.

3) The main circuit breaker is an LG product.

4) The main unit's thermal protection devices and main AC contactors are Schneider Electric products.

5) Control buttons and indicator lights are Möhler products.

6) The auxiliary unit's thermal protection devices and contactors are Schneider Electric products.

7) The main unit's cylinder cooling system control solenoid valve is a CEME product.

8) The electrical and instrumentation control system is housed within the machine base, effectively saving space.

 


 

4. Granulation Auxiliary Equipment System:

1) Strip Cooling System: The cooling water tank is made of stainless steel, 1.5 m long, with 3 sets of tank accessories;

2) Strip Drying System: The blowing components are made of stainless steel;

3) Strip Pelletizing System: A compact cantilever cold pelletizer, with a motor power of 0.55 kW.
