Configuration of Equipment
1. Feeding System:
1.1 Twin-screw metering main feeder, 1.1kW AC motor, equipped with a Nidec frequency converter (Japan).
2. Main Extruder Model: HDY65B (Twin-screw Extruder):
2.1 The main extruder is equipped with a 90kW AC motor, with a maximum output speed of 600rpm, and a Huichuan frequency converter as the speed regulation system;
2.2 One set of new-generation twin-screw reduction gearbox;
2.3 One set of nylon pin coupling connectors for transmitting main power to the gearbox;
2.4 One set of machining components: L/D ratio = 40:1, barrel body is a bimetallic integral alloy sleeve; screw element: W6Mo5Cr4V2, vacuum quenched, hardness HRC60-62;
2.5 One set of barrel temperature control system: two cooling water pipes. 1. Cooling water pipes and fittings are all made of stainless steel; the cooling tank circulates soft water and includes a heat exchanger, a 0.75KW water pump, and a stainless steel external water tank;
2.6 A vacuum system, including an external stainless steel vacuum condenser and a water ring vacuum pump, 1.5kw.
3. An extruder head, including a cast copper heater and die.
4. A water-cooled stranding auxiliary machine.
5. An electrical control system, with electrical instruments separate from the main extruder.
Delivery
35 days after receive the down payment.
Payment Terms
The contract become effective after 30% down payment and the 70% balance must be pay off before shipping and after testing.

2. Gearbox: 2.1 New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed, gearbox material is QT450; 2.2 Gear precision is grade 6 (Chinese standard), belonging to high precision. High-speed, heavy-load hardened gear surface. Materials are 20CrNi2MoA and 20CrMnMo, gears are carburized and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC60-62; 2.3 The output shaft and screw shaft are connected by involute gears; 2.4 Imported brand bearings are used. The integrated thrust bearing assembly is named Luoyang. 2.5 Bearings and gears adopt a forced oil immersion lubrication system. Oil pump motor power is 0.75kW; 2.6 Body oil seal: Taiwan Hansheng brand; 2.7 Pipeline condenser, cooling area is 1.8 square meters;

4. Barrel: 4.1 The cylinder is manufactured by a CNC machining center, with the locating pin and inner hole completed in one operation. The inner hole is grade 6, ensuring high precision. After assembly, the concentricity error is 0.05mm, significantly improving the screw's self-cleaning ability and reducing energy consumption; 4.2 The cylinder is equipped with a stainless steel integral shield, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and energy efficiency; 4.3 The cylinder is a bimetallic integral alloy sleeve: HRC60-62; 4.4 The second and third barrels use cast copper heaters, while the rest use cast aluminum heaters. All barrels are cooled with soft water. 4.5 The first (1) barrel is the feed barrel, the sixth (6) is for natural venting, the ninth (9) has a vacuum vent, and the tenth (10) is the extrusion barrel.

5. Temperature Control System: 5.1 Heating and cooling are controlled by a temperature controller via solid-state relays or solenoid valves, forming a closed-loop system to control the tank temperature. Temperature control accuracy is ±2℃; Water flow control: uses shut-off valves; 5.2 Two cooling water pipes. All cooling pipes and joints are made of stainless steel; the soft water circulation system includes a heat exchanger,0.75kW water pump, and water tank: stainless steel.
